Socio-demographics category brings more information about age and gender of your customers.

This graph shows the age split of respondents expressed in number. The mean age is also given.
This graph shows the gender split of respondents expressed in %. Depending on your business, you will have more man or woman.
Emoscore by Age and Gender
This matrix view helps you visualize which age range and/or gender segment performs high or low in terms of Emoscore. The greener the color, the higher the Emoscore. Mousing over each cell allows you to view specific data such as total respondents. Once more, this matrix can be analyzed horizontally (Gender) or vertically (Age) to draw tends. The goal is to satisfy your targeted audience.
In this case, if your main target is the 13-19, you are doing a good job. However, if your targeted audience is 50 and more, there is an issue. Male and Female may also have different feelings.
Gender proportions by emotion
This graph splits the feelings of respondent by gender.
Age proportions by emotion
This graph splits the feelings of respondent by age. It is possible to select specific age segmentation and compare them, depending on your audience and your goals.
