My saved widget settings does not appear on my website

This situation might happen for 3 identified reasons at this time:

  1. You are using an old version of the Javascript
  2. You installed the Emolytics via a 3rd party (ex: service which did not update its service
  3. You are very impatient and noticed that just a few seconds after you updated them

The solutions to the above issues are:

  1. Update your Javascript code : go to and configure your new code via “Customize the widget” button; then click on “Insert on my website” button and either copy/paste the code or mail it to your webmaster
  2. We suggest you contact the 3rd party service about the issue or you simply follow the previous procedure explained in #1
  3. Be patient. Wait for 10-20 minutes and it should be there
