This situation might happen for 3 identified reasons at this time:
- You installed the Emolytics via a 3rd party (ex: SiteApps.com) service which did not update its service
- You are very impatient and noticed that just a few seconds after you updated them
The solutions to the above issues are:
- We suggest you contact the 3rd party service about the issue or you simply follow the previous procedure explained in #1
- Be patient. Wait for 10-20 minutes and it should be there
