Getting started

How to customize Emolytics code for multiple language websites?

You can configure one widget to be visible on multiple language websites. This will allow your visitors to get asked “How do they feel?” in their own language without causing you to have to log into multiple report.

All you need to do is to grab your javascript code in the “install” page as below (go on https://www.emolytics.com/main/dashboard.php > configure > insert script on your website), adding the language variable as below ‘var getsmily_lang=”en”;’:

You can then configure the language by changing the value of the variable getsmily_lang to “pt” to get the widget in Portuguese, to “en” for English, “fr” for French, etc.

In your reports, you will see the aggregated results (global Emoscore) of all your website’s content even if you have 5 languages co-existing on your website
